AeroBed

"Finally I'm able to entertain overnight guests despite the absence of a second bedroom in my flat. I can rest my head guilt-free too, secure in the knowledge that visiting family and friends won't suffer from back ache or dark circles under their eyes."
Leonard Burns, Crouch End

"My AeroBed has saved my neck no end of times. It is so easy to store, and can be pulled out and inflated at a few moments notice when unexpected guests come to stay! I wouldn't be without it!"
John Lowrie, Nottingham

"After an exhausting night out, all I wanted to do was get back to my
friend's house and sleep!  My AeroBed took seconds to blow up and I was asleep instantly - thanks AeroBed!"
Emily Taylor, Southend

"I take my AeroBed with me every time I stay at a friends house. At the
press of a button my AeroBed was blown up in seconds! It felt like I was
sleeping in my own bed."
Chris Lightfoot, Thorpe Bay

"My AeroBed has come into it's own since I moved in to a bigger house and found myself short of beds. I got my Dad, who has a bad back to come and stay and help me put up shelves and fit an outside tap! He was reluctant at first but found the AeroBed so comfortable he is telling all his friends & he wants to stay on it every time he visits!"
Alec Mellor, Thatcham

"What a fantastic product!  The man in the shop said that it would give my guests the best nights sleep possible without using a normal bed…. I have to say that the feedback from last weekends guests fully endorses this."
Daniel Parsons, Edgware

"The AeroBed for Children provides the perfect solution for my daughters seemingly endless schedule of sleepovers!"
Jonathan Coulson, St Albans

"I have to admit that I didn't really believe that you could have a good nights sleep on an inflatable bed - I was wrong!  Everyone who has slept on my AeroBed can't believe how comfortable it is and most of them have ended up buying one themselves.  The speed with which it inflates is incredible also but best of all, I can pack it away in two minutes and keep it in the cupboard under the stairs.  What a great invention!"
Laura Oakley, Sheffield

"This is the best alternative to a guest bed I can think of... and it's cheaper than a sofa bed or futon and a million times more comfortable! We have great fun at parties inflating and deflating it - so much so it often becomes the main focus of the party (maybe I need to get some new friends!).  A large part of my evening is spent stopping people fighting over who gets to sleep on the AeroBed as opposed to the sofa bed. Everyone loves it!"
Sarah Mayall, West Bridgford

"I am loving my new AeroBed. It's so easy to use and it means I can have friends over to stay whenever I want even in my one bedroom flat, and as an added bonus it's actually really comfortable!"
Monique Jessen, Pinner

"I was given this bed last year and now I can't imagine how I ever coped without it! It really does inflate in less than a minute, it's amazingly comfortable and best of all it's easy to deflate and pop back into the bag in the morning. I only have one spare room for guests at home but with the AeroBed I can now have twice as many people staying round as before. I also take it with me when I travel and am planning to buy a king size for my in-laws this Christmas."
Jamie Robinson, Northampton

"Who said making the bed was a chore? is it full of air or bubbles - it is so comfortable!"
Rachel Morgan, Norwich

"My AeroBed proved a real hit at my son's sleepover. They all slept like logs - thank you for a peaceful night."

Isla MacKinder, Benfleet

In the unlikely event of product failure within the warranty period you can of course arrange to get your bed repaired or replaced. My AeroBed is deflating

If your AeroBed is deflating and you can see no obvious punctures then the most likely cause is a faulty air release valve, a replacement valve can be ordered free of charge through the  spare parts section of the web site.

Please note: If you can only deflate your AeroBed via the remote control it will not have an air release valve. If this is the case please contact the retailer that you purchased your AeroBed from. If you purchased your AeroBed at www.aerobed.co.uk please contact us and a member of our customer services team will respond to your query within 5 working days.

My AeroBed has a puncture

All of our AeroBeds are constructed from heavy duty PVC, that is generally resistant to punctures. Punctures can occur however, if the PVC comes into contact with a long sharp object such as a pin. Punctures can be very easily and quickly repaired with our puncture repair kit, these are supplied with all beds. If you don't have your repair kit you can arrange for one to be posted out to you free of charge via the  spare parts section of the web site.

How can I locate a puncture?

Fully inflate the bed and then closely inspect the bed looking at the following areas:
1. The base, paying attention to the joins. You can often feel the air being expelled before you see the hole.
2. The side 'walls'.
3. The mattress surface

Is there an AeroBed repair centre?
No. The only way that we can repair damaged AeroBeds is by replacing spare parts. If your bed is within it's warranty period this will be free of charge, if your warranty has expired then you may be liable to pay for a spare part depending on which part you are replacing.

What should I do if the retailer that I purchased my AeroBed from refuses to take it back?

The only place that you can return your AeroBed to for a refund or replacement is the retailer from which you purchased your AeroBed from. If you have recognised proof of purchase and the product is within its statutory warranty period then the retailer that you purchased from is legally bound to address your concerns. AeroBed will be happy to provide replacement spare parts, but to arrange a refund or replacement you must contact the retailer that you purchased from.

I've ordered the wrong product by mistake, can I make an exchange?

Provided that the sealed plastic covering the AeroBed is stored in, inside the inner box is not broken, we will be able to arrange a refund so that you can then go ahead and order an alternative bed. There are two options for you to do this:

1. Send the bed back to our warehouse at your own cost

2. We can arrange collection at a cost of £9.99, this cost will be deducted from your refund once the bed has arrived back at our warehouse.

If you would like to arrange an exchange please contact us and ensure that you state how you propose to return your AeroBed.

Our main supply AeroBeds run off 0.5 amps.

How many volts does the pump need to operate?

Our main supply AeroBeds run off 230 volts.

How many watts does the pump need to operate?

The Aerobed uses 115 watts to operate.

Click here to go to the product comparison page.

I have a bed from the US, can I get a 220V pump?

This will depend on which pump you have as not all pumps are replaceable. The model number for your pump is located at the back on the botton right hand side, if it reads one of the following: 101, 103R, 103E or the hand held 103H or 109 then we are able to offer you a replacement pump. The cost is £25.00 + £6.00 postage (to UK address).

How do I know when my pump is fully charged?

The first charge of your re-chargable pump should be for 24 hours, subsequent charges should be for 12 hours. There is no indicator to show when the pump is charged, but it is impossible to 'over charge' your pump.
